Sherese Da Silva, Director of Operations, The Equity Alliance
Sherese Da Sila currently serves as the Director of Operations at The Equity Alliance. The Equity Alliance unapologetically builds independent Black political and economic power by educating, empowering and mobilizing Black people to take action and keep our government in check. Sherese oversees all operations, administrative processes, human resources, finance and accounting and assists with grant applications and fundraising. She is committed to her community and has extensive experience managing small and local business operations. Outside of work, Sherese is a mother to four children. She enjoys reading, cooking, dancing and traveling. Sherese was born in Brooklyn, NY and is of Caribbean heritage.
