Maya Ennis
Maya Ennis is unwavering in her commitment to uplifting the voices of disenfranchised communities and mobilizing resources for community-based organizations with burgeoning organizational budgets. Channeling her passion for transformative change, Maya currently serves as the Director of Development at Youth Represent. She brings a wealth of experience from her prior role as the Director of Development at Beam Center and a dynamic six-year tenure as a Fundraiser in Washington, D.C. In the nation's capital, Maya honed her skills, developing strategic fundraising approaches across diverse revenue streams at the Democratic Attorneys General Association, LGBTQ Victory Fund, and People For the American Way.
Hailing from Brooklyn, Maya is a proud daughter of immigrants. She received her Master's in Social Work from Columbia University, having earned her M.S. in Public Policy from Carnegie Mellon and her B.A. in Psychology and Theater from Wheaton College in Massachusetts.
